Приложение Nitki делает схемы для вышивки крестом из ваших фото, открывает схемы из файлов и помогает вышивать по ним. Его выпускает ИП Максим Хорошилов (Maksim Khoroshilov, IE), Армения. Всё считается на вашем телефоне. Эта политика говорит, что происходит с вашими данными, — коротко: мы их не собираем.
Ничего. В приложении нет аккаунтов, регистрации, рекламы, аналитики и отчётов о сбоях. У приложения нет даже разрешения на доступ в интернет: само оно ничего никуда не отправляет, а серверов у нас нет.
Фото вы выбираете сами, в системном окне выбора фото, а файлы схем — в системном окне выбора файла; доступа ко всей памяти телефона у приложения нет. Главное на фото — человека или животное — приложение находит на телефоне, встроенной в него моделью. Кадрированное фото, PDF, открытый в приложении, и схема хранятся в памяти приложения на вашем телефоне. Отметки вышитого и история вышивания — в какие дни, сколько времени и сколько стежков вы вышивали, ваши цели — хранятся в самой схеме и попадают в её копию вместе с фото или PDF: кому вы отправите копию, тот увидит и их. «Мои нитки», свои палитры и данные магазина, которые вы введёте, тоже хранятся только на телефоне; данные магазина печатаются на листах ваших схем.
Файлы PDF, OXS и PNG, список покупок и копии схем — в том числе отправленные кнопкой «Отправить на другое устройство» — попадают только туда, куда вы сами их сохраните, отправите или напечатаете: в папку телефона через системное окно «Сохранить», через системное окно «Поделиться» или в службу печати, которую вы выберете в окне печати Android.
Напоминания ставит сам телефон: для них приложение ничего никуда не отправляет и ничего не получает.
Покупки проводит приложение Google Play. Платёжные данные обрабатывает Google, мы их не получаем. Приложение узнаёт от Google Play только одно: что покупка совершена. К покупкам применяется политика конфиденциальности Google: https://policies.google.com/privacy
Карточку с просьбой оценить Nitki показывает приложение Google Play. Пункт «Оценить Nitki» в «О приложении» открывает страницу Nitki в Google Play, а на телефоне без приложения Google Play — ту же страницу в браузере. Оценку и отзыв получает Google; само приложение Nitki не узнаёт даже того, поставили ли вы оценку. К оценкам и отзывам применяется политика конфиденциальности Google: https://policies.google.com/privacy
Если в телефоне включено резервное копирование Google, Android сам хранит копию данных приложения в вашем аккаунте Google, как и данных других приложений; нам она недоступна. В копию идут схемы с отметками, настройки, «Мои нитки» и палитры, а фото и PDF схем — сколько поместится в место, которое Android даёт приложению: после восстановления у некоторых схем фото может не оказаться, схема и отметки при этом на месте. Корзина и напоминания в копию не идут. Выключить копирование можно в настройках телефона.
Всё, что хранит приложение, лежит на вашем телефоне, пока вы его не удалите. Удалённая схема 30 дней лежит в корзине и потом удаляется сама; удалить её сразу можно в корзине. Всё сразу удаляется вместе с приложением. Копию Android в аккаунте Google можно удалить в настройках резервного копирования Google.
Приложение не собирает данных ни о ком, в том числе о детях.

Nitki makes cross-stitch patterns from your photos, opens patterns from files and helps you stitch from them. It is published by Maksim Khoroshilov, IE, Armenia. Everything is computed on your phone. This policy says what happens to your data; in short, we do not collect it.
Nothing. Nitki has no accounts, sign-up, ads, analytics or crash reports. The app doesn’t even have permission to use the internet: it sends nothing anywhere by itself, and we have no servers.
You choose a photo yourself, through the system photo picker, and pattern files through the system file picker; the app has no access to the rest of your phone’s storage. The app finds the subject of a photo, a person or an animal, on the phone, with a model built into it. The cropped photo, a PDF you open in the app, and the pattern are kept in the app’s storage on your phone. Your stitching marks and stitching history — on which days, for how long and how many stitches you stitched, and your goals — are kept in the pattern itself and go into its copy along with the photo or PDF, so whoever you send a copy to will see them too. My threads, your palettes and the shop details you enter are also kept only on the phone; the shop details are printed on your pattern pages.
PDF, OXS and PNG files, the shopping list and copies of patterns, including the ones sent with Send to another device, go only where you save, send or print them yourself: into a folder of your phone through the system’s save dialog, out through the system share sheet, or to the print service you choose in Android’s print dialog.
Reminders are scheduled by the phone itself: for them, the app sends nothing anywhere and receives nothing.
Purchases are handled by the Google Play app. Google handles the payment details; we never receive them. The app learns only one thing from Google Play: that a purchase was made. Google’s privacy policy applies to purchases: https://policies.google.com/privacy
The card that asks you to rate Nitki is shown by the Google Play app. Rate Nitki in About opens the Nitki page in Google Play, or, on a phone without the Google Play app, the same page in the browser. Google receives the rating and the review; the Nitki app itself does not even learn whether you rated it. Google handles ratings and reviews under its own privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
If Google backup is on in your phone, Android itself keeps a copy of the app’s data in your Google account, as it does for other apps; we have no access to it. The copy holds your patterns with their marks, your settings, My threads and palettes, and as many pattern photos and PDFs as fit into the space Android gives the app: after a restore some patterns may come back without their photo, with the pattern and marks intact. The trash and reminders are not copied. You can turn backup off in your phone’s settings.
Everything Nitki keeps stays on your phone until you delete it. A deleted pattern stays in the trash for 30 days and is then removed; you can remove it at once from the trash. Uninstalling the app deletes everything at once. You can delete the Android backup in your Google account in Google’s backup settings.
Nitki collects no data about anyone, children included.
If this policy changes, the new version appears on this page with a new date.
